Horn Capital Realty, Inc. (HCR) was formed to specifically serve the Single Tenant Triple Net Lease sector of the commercial real estate market. The company assists both individual and institutional investors in the acquisition and disposition of Triple Net properties in all sectors including retail, office, and industrial. HCR also assists clients in 1031 Exchanges in locating replacement properties.

Jonathan S. Horn began his real estate career in the late 1980’s and formed Horn Capital Realty in 1995. From the beginning of his career, Jonathan recognized the benefits from ownership in Single Tenant Triple Net Lease properties for passive investors and 1031 Exchange Clients. Foreseeing a major trend in this sector, he primarily focused his efforts on Triple Net Lease properties. Over the last five years HCR has added related companies which perform build-to-suit development and management services to further cater to a nationwide clientele.
